Once upon a time there was a Book Loving Dragon who wanted to share her love of books with others out there.
Unfortunately she was hidden away from the world when a great plague swept the land.
"Why not send the books to people's homes?" She wondered. "That way they can become Book Dragons themselves and we can live happily ever after in the end"

Hi, my name is Kath and I set up Book Loving Dragons in May 2020 when the world was upside down and a bit wonky.
I live in Cornwall with my partner and many books. My dream is to do this as my day job one day so who knows what could happen.
As a full time book lover and part time Dragon wrangler my hobbies include the cinema, food and anywhere the road takes us.
I'm a Book Dragon. During 2020 I was furloughed from my office job and was struggling to get used the long days. I used to be a Book Fairy (if you haven't heard of them I recommend you checking them out) but with the pandemic we couldn't go and put books out any more.
I remember hearing about the big names such as Fairyloot and Owlcrate and thinking how awesome they looked. While at home I found myself wondering how I could find some gap in the market where they hadn't quite squeezed in.
I might have found it.
Mystery boxes were my starting point and I love doing them, they're always popular and fit in with the needs of any book lover.
I had a plan though, and very soon I decided to try it out. As a person in the UK I wanted to find a way to promote UK independent authors and small businesses. I found that the big name boxes had gone for the mainstream anticipated releases.
While doing this I have met some amazing and lovely people who I would recommend to anyone, whether it's for their work or just getting to know them.
My partner has been amazing and I wouldn't have gotten this far without them. There are times when I've thought about giving up and they've always convinced me to carry on because they know how much I love this.
