Refunds

Once we have dispatched your item, you have 14 calendar days to inform us if you are unhappy with your purchase, 28 days outside of the UK. We will notify you on the status of your refund after receiving your message.. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In all cases we will discuss whether a replacement will be suitable or if a refund is the best course of action.

Returns

If you wish to return your box then you have 14 calendar days from you receiving it (28 outside the UK) at which point we will look at the refund options available as outlined above.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
